Abstract: Please follow these steps if your experiment will be conducted in a MouseTRAP facility. Failure to follow the instructions in this document may result in poor data quality. At the end of this guide, you will find tips for troubleshooting unstable or weak signals. For non-MouseTRAP users, this document may also serve as a general guideline to setting up fiber photometry recordings.
